Yes, I think it depends on your browser as to whether or not the download resumes though. I know we had someone here recently help us update our code so it was easier for browsers to resume. Not sure if they pushed that change out here in the LM section since we're in the old cluster and code updates are really only pushed out on the new hardware.

Please add resume to all of your servers. It would make life much easier when the inevitable broadband dropout occurs, not to mention reducing server load and bandwidth expenses. Nobody likes to download a gigabyte or more a second, needless time.
